We made it through another Storm!!!

OK So we finally made it through the End of the Year Tiffany Dance Recital. "Adventures in Dance". These are the many looks of relief, Alissa looks the most tired, even though she doesn't dance she gets to usher the little ones on and off stage throughout the night. I am just glad that Tiffany made it all the way through this time without a downpour from the clouds. We did all get wet, but a light rain throughout the night was much more tolerable than the monsoon we had last week. I am very proud of my girls and they are all characters, Just another day in the life of 3 teenage girls and their Mother trying to make it through with out killing them or them killing each other. (This is one of those rare moments that they actually look like they like each other?)
This is after the program with Cousin Makenna, the best sport of them all. I drove to BYU and picked up Zoey and Makenna from EFY, so that Zoey could be a part of the Final Dance Recital and she never complained about the rain and helping me video tape and having to leave the festivities at BYU, SHE IS AWESOME - And she gets along with the sisters really well. Thanks Makenna you are amazing! After the program we got them back to BYU in record time so they could finish out their week together checking out all the "Hot Guys" as they would say!

The Riverton Major Giants #2

We ended our City league baseball season this week with a #2 spot, Mind you that only 2 teams get trophies so Stone was excited. The only thing Stone did not mind is that one of his best friends teams won 1st place, Talmage from the Yankees. Stone was picked for the All-Star team, so we have more and more baseball to come! Super league and All-Stars this summer, Let's enjoy some more Baseball!

The Adventures in Dancing....

So we began the whole day in the Sun, it was great! The weather people in Utah are notorious for being wrong, and needless to say, they were right, for that little chance of Thunder Storms, decided to appear 30-45 minutes into the final Dance Recital for Jocelyn and Zoey. We are not talking sprinkles, we are talking torrential rain showers with lighting and thunder and rivers of water in the Sandy Amphitheater. Needless to say they had to cancel the recital and we are rescheduled for Tuesday June 9, 2009. Zoey was able to perform 1 dance before the floods came in, and Jocelyn - not at all, she was patiently waiting in the wings to perform but got rained out. So We will try again, even though the weather guy says 30% chance of showers - Pray for SUN!

Final Choir Concert at NSA

Jocelyn looks super excited in this photo??? She had her final Choir concert at school this week and let's just say, I am a little biased about my children's singing ability, but I think so is Jocelyn, cause she was not to be heard at this concert over the 4 or so girls who could not carry a tune... I feel really bad for them, but I am sure their mothers or fathers were super proud for their perseverance and effort....

Schools Out for Summer!!!!!!!!!!!
