A Group of us (neighbors & Friends) were able to bring a well deserved, Christmas to some amazing Refugee families in downtown Salt Lake City. The experience was unbelievable and I think I can say that it was a memory that our children will not soon forget. We are all very blessed to be a part of this work and to be able to share with others who are trying to make a difference in the world. Happy Holidays to All!
"
Sam, Natalie, Jocelyn & Zoey did an originally choreographed "Music Box Dancer", Ballet/Hip Hop Dance at the Christmas Recital. (Zoey Choreographer, Jocelyn Choreographer almost-killer....at least not this time)

What a crazy last few weeks! I though I would put an update on all our lives. We started Basketball Season on December 3rd with Super League for Stone. Jr Jazz Started on December 13th for Hunter and Stone. We also were trying to finish up school for the holiday which, thank goodness, was yesterday the 19th of December. In the man time we had Jocey and Zoey's Dance recital along with Alissa helping with the annual SilverRush fundraising event at her High School. We also had an amazing opportunity to get together with some awesome neighbors and friends to bring Christmas to some Refugee families in downtown Salt Lake. We are now approaching the Christmas Week and I have to say that I am not so sure if we are ready or not? So I wanted to post some photos of the latest events in our lives.

OK, So as of today it is only 2 weeks until Christmas, and I am not even close to being ready. However I just wanted to show you the little bit of decorations that I do have out, The trees!
The 1st tree is Mom's and it goes in the front room with pretty decorations, that are breakable... The other tree has been put into a new place in the house, the front office or reading room so that it can be seen from the front yard. This tree by far has a lot of character and is completely decorated by the kids. This year Zoey took charge and had a lot of help from Reese Rowbotham, my niece and her cousin. The other picture is one of the light above my kitchen table, I wanted to add something a little new and maybe elegant, well I am not too sure if it worked, but I liked the end result. So not so many decorations this year, but it seems to be a shorter season for us this year, especially when I have not even gotten close to finishing my shopping.....ARGH!

JUMP FOR JOY!

On Thanksgiving we all went to a golf coarse in Syracuse and took some radical pictures! We actually look airborne but it is all in your imagination...or ours!
